Become a Demonstrator for the Angel Company

The Angel Company (TAC) was founded in 1997.  I have been an Independent Demonstrator since December 2002 and I can't say enough great things about TAC.  If you are considering signing up as a demonstrator for a rubber stamping or scrapbooking home based business I highly recommend The Angel Company.  Low quarterly minimums and low start-up fees makes TAC a sensible choice for a hobbyist, crafter, or as a home-based business.

If you enjoy crafting with rubber stamps and are looking for a great selection of fine quality unmounted rubber stamps and scrapbook supplies then I invite you to take a look at what The Angel Company has to offer.

HOW TO USE UNMOUNTED STAMPS

Using unmounted stamps with acrylic blocks will not only save you money, but you will save storage space as well.   All of The Angel Company unmounted rubber stamps come with Creative Cling cling mounting cushion (also sold separately) and a storage container. How to use unmounted rubber stamps - The Angel Company Rubber Stamps & Scrapbook Supplies TAC stamps

Once your stamp sets arrive, simply peel off the backing from the adhesive side of the mounting cushion and mount it to your rubber stamp. Next, trim the excess rubber using a sharp pair of scissors.  I recommend the Kai Gold scissors (available in The Angel Company Catalog) as they are great for cutting rubber.  Finally, peel off the backing from the cling side of the cushion and you are ready to go.

Still confused?

The clear acrylic blocks are used in place of the wood mount.  Select the appropriate sized block to fit your stamp and press your stamp onto the block. It stays in place by the cling mounting cushion. Once you are finished with the stamp, you peel it off of the mount and then place it back into your container. The older-style CD cases (not slimline) work perfectly for storage.  You only need to purchase one set of acrylic mounts in a variety of sizes since you are using them over and over. I recommend the Acrylic Mounting Starter Kit (available in the TAC catalog for $14.00 plus tax & shipping).

How to store unmounted rubber stamps

One way to store unmounted stamps is to store them in binders or stamp storage folders using storage boards or storage sheets.

I prefer using CD cases to store unmounted rubber stamps. Be sure to use the Standard sized CD cases like these and remove the black part with the spindle:

Index your rubber stamps by making an insert for each case and put a label on the edge.  Storage bins make great containers and are portable so you can take them anywhere.

Try this label maker if you really want nice looking cases!

(NOTE: Avoid storing your rubber stamps close to the edges of the CD case since there are raised lines that will make indentations on your stamps. I mark off these areas with a marker.)
